El Chapulín is the ultimate adult milk shake! We combine our magically smooth, complex and slightly minty brandy cocktail, The Soothist with our rich, chocolatey El Bombón Cacao liqueur and organic heavy cream. Oh baby, these are yummy! If you live in Placitas, you have noticed that our grasshoppers match our earth in color - they are not bright green - and these cocktails are naturally the same, as we do not add any colorant. Rim your glass with organic hot cocoa mix, which we provide!

Our double-distilled, copper pot D'UVA 1 brandy and our Orange You Glad to See Me? Artisan triple sec combine with fresh lemon juice and just a hint of organic honey. This is a perfect holiday cocktail, and is a favorite at the distillery! You provide the glass, ice & orange or lemon peel garnish & we'll bring you the cocktail & organic sugar rim!

We add our Purple People Eater to this classic Margarita, which adds a delicate, bright fruit flavor without being too sweet and gives the slightest blush to the color. We make these with our new BURQUILA Joven Agave Spirit*, Purple People Eater, our Orange You Glad to See Me? Artisan, Small-Batch Triple Sec and freshly squeezed lime juice. The triple sec provides just a little sweetness, but these are more tart than sweet.

For December, we bring you this tangy, subtly sweet and slightly spicy twist on the Bloody Mary, which is a delicious collaboration between 505 Spirits and our friends at Jillipepper. It's perfect for your holiday brunch celebrations! It's actually perfect any time, really. Jillipepper's locally made NM Red Chile Pineapple Salsa is a perfectly balanced Bloody Mary “mix” here, once we blend it smooth. Our D'UVA 1 Brandy instead of vodka will make you wonder why you ever had a Bloody Mary with vodka to begin with. And our Red Sauce red chile liqueur introduces more of that earthy NM RED flavor.
