505 Classic Margarita
This is our favorite Margarita, for lovers of authentic, not very sweet Margaritas. We make these with our new BURQUILA Joven Agave Spirit, our new Orange You Glad to See Me? Triple Sec and freshly squeezed lime juice. No simple syrup here... the triple sec provides just a little sweetness, but these are more tart than sweet.
505 Brandy Manhattan
Double-distilled, copper pot D'UVA 1 brandy and Aristology Red vermouth are topped with a dash of aromatic bitters in this classic cocktail. This is what Anna & Robert enjoy at the end of a long day.
El Bombón Caliente
Rich chocolate, earthy NM red chile and agave spirit taste like they are made for each other! El Bombón 505 cacao liqueur, Red Sauce red chile liqueur and our own agave spirit balance perfectly in this cocktail, which is one of our all time favorites at the distillery. We are thrilled to mix them up for you and can them fresh for delivery!
Spicy Spiked Apple Cider
Perfect for this time of year, as the leaves change and a chill starts creeping into our fresh, clean Placitas air. We spice apple cider with cinnamon, orange zest and just hint of clove, then add D'UVA 1 Brandy and Green Sauce Green Chile Liqueur.
It's kind of like apple picking and green chile picking in a glass, but you don't have to leave the house!
