To Whom & Where Can We Ship Alcohol?

FREE DELIVERY WITHIN PLACITAS, NEW MEXICO, BEGINNING THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 11, 2021!!!

YES! It is TRUE! If you live in Placitas, NM, where we are located, we are SO EXCITED to offer free delivery within Placitas (only) beginning the week of October 11. We will be offering all of our products, PLUS some really yummy freshly canned, ready-to-drink cocktails from a rotating menu, as well as bar tool kits from our friends at Casa Cocktails, and more! 

Signature by someone 21 or older will be required at delivery, so have your ID ready!

At this moment (as of October 1, 2021), the powers that be have said that we (and other NM distilleries) can only deliver within our local option district, which for us, is Placitas. However, we are allowed to request to deliver in adjacent counties, SO we have requested to do just that! We are awaiting their response, and will update as SOON as we find out.

Once we know where exactly we are legally allowed to deliver and ship within New Mexico, our NM orders will either ship via UPS or a delivery service, depending your location.

If you are 21 or over, in the US, you can legally purchase alcohol. However, whether or not we can ship it to you is another story, as it depends on where you live. (Or to where you are shipping, if you are ordering a gift for someone else.)

This is where it gets complicated.

The sales and shipping of alcoholic beverages are heavily regulated, and liquor laws vary by state. As we grow, the list of states we are able/licensed to ship to will expand. We will update our info to reflect each new addition.

Wine and spirits have different laws.

Our VERMOUTHS, are classified as WINE. Our LIQUEURS, BRANDY, PRE-MIXED COCKTAILS (and some other really cool products we are working on) are classified as SPIRITS. 

IF YOU LIVE WITHIN/ SHIP TO ONE OF THE STATES (territory, district) LISTED BELOW FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS, YAY!!! YOU CAN ORDER OUR PRODUCTS FOR SHIPPING!!!!! Your UPS shipping options will be presented at checkout. Signature by someone 21 or older will be required at delivery, so have your ID ready! 

If your shipping address is not in one of the allowed US places, we can't ship to you... yet. You will be able to add the restricted items to your shopping cart, but after you input the shipping address, you will not have any shipping options at checkout. You will see a message similar to the image below. We are sorry about this and know that it is annoying. It is annoying to us, too! Grrr...

SPIRITS: ALASKA, NEVADA, WASHINGTON DC.

As of today, these are THE ONLY places we can ship alcohol. We will update as we are able to add states.

We can NOT ship our alcohol products ANYWHERE that is NOT listed above. You can put these items in your shopping cart. (The cart doesn't know where you are shipping until you enter the shipping address, you know?) But after you enter the shipping address in checkout, there will not be any shipping options. Ugh.

In this situation, you will see a message similar to the one below.  

You will have to click on "cart" to go back and remove the items that we can not ship to your location. If you are ordering some items that are not alcohol, or are shipping to a a state where we can ship VERMOUTH, but not SPIRITS, like, say, Pennsylvania, and you have vermouth and brandy in your cart, you will need to return to your cart and remove the brandy, then you can proceed with purchasing the vermouth and any non-alcohol items.

SORRY!!!! Oh how we wish it was not so! Please do not be mad at us - we are nice people - you will probably like us if you meet us!

Seriously, we wish this wasn't so.

Anyone can put these items in their shopping cart. But as soon as you enter the shipping address, you will not be able to complete checkout UNLESS the shipping address is in one of the states to which we are legally allowed to ship those specific items.

We are really, REALLY, REALLY sorry for any frustration that you might feel if you put something in your cart but then you can't actually complete the purchase. Please do not be mad at us - we are very nice people and we would be friends if we met. There really is no way for us to make it so you can't put these items in your cart. It doesn't even know where you want to ship until you put in your shipping info, you know?

We are doing our best to clearly state in as many places on our website as possible, that we can only ship the regulated items to the allowed states.

If you don't live in one of those places, please come visit New Mexico! It is gorgeous, there are so many amazing things to do, and you can buy our products here to bring home with you! We even have wild horses here. I am not even kidding - we really have wild horses.

We can ship our non-alcoholic products anywhere in the world! Shipping options for our merch items will be offered at checkout, and include USPS and UPS.
