Chocolate Royale & Green Chile Sparkle
We love adding our liqueurs to sparkling wine. We've been mixing up Bubble Monsters with our Purple People Eater since before our launch. Lately, we've tried champagne with ALL of our liqueurs, and these two cocktails are just as delicious as the Bubble Monster, but with flavors completely their own. Chocolate Royale: Have you ever nibbled chocolates while you sipped champagne? Aren't they just the perfect companions? Well, with the Chocolate Royale, now you can have your chocolate in your champagne! It may sound a little (or a lot) strange, but trust us... this is REALLY delicious. We add just the right amount of our El Bombón 505 Cacao Liqueur to local Vara Cava sparkling wine and voila!Green Chile Sparkle: Only in New Mexico will you get green chile in your champagne! Sounds weird, right? But trust us here. Our Green Sauce Green Chile Liqueur and Vara Cava sparking wine are divine together in the Green Chile Sparkle! Add just the right amount to balance the flavors, and WOW...

1-2 oz El Bombón 505 Cacao Liqueur4-6 oz Your favorite Champagne or Sparkling Wine
