Spicy, savory...mmmmm, this is yummy. Take the few minutes to make the spiced rim salt. You won't regret it!
RECIPE
2 oz Vodka (we recommend Ritual, by NM local Altar Spirits in SF)
1 oz Aristology White Vermouth
1 oz Green Sauce Green Chile Liqueur
Spiced Rim Salt Garnish
1/4 cup sea salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
lemon or lime wedge, to adhere salt to glass rim.
First, prepare the glass
Combine the ingredients for the rim salt in a jar and shake. Rub edge of martini glass with lemon or lime wedge, then glass edge into rim salt mixture.
For the cocktail
Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into prepared martini glass.
