This is crisp, refreshing, and a little spicy. Enjoy with brunch or a warm, summer sunset.
2 oz D'UVA 1 Brandy
2 oz Green Sauce Green Chile Liqueur
2 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice (place cucumber slices in blender, puree, then strain)
1 squeeze fresh lime
Cucumber slice for garnish, one edge dipped in sea salt
Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a coupe. Garnish with salted cucumber slice.
