GOOD FORTUNE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS1.5 oz D'UVA 1 Brandy
1.5 oz Purple People Eater prickly pear liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lemon juice
3-4 fresh or frozen raspberries
dash (about 1/8 tsp) Chinese Five Spice powder (Please be sure to add only this much! It brings such a delightful flavor with the right amount! But too much makes the drink bitter.)
Place raspberries, pineapple juice, lemon juice & Five Spice powder in shaker and muddle together. Add brandy, liqueur & ice. Shake & strain into a martini or coupe glass without ice, or strain & pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel & fresh or frozen raspberries.
